By accessing or using Masjid Connects services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Masjid Connects provides a platform for Islamic centers and mosques to manage prayer times, events and services with registration, announcements (including AI-assisted drafting tools you review and approve before publishing), member management, donations and fundraising campaigns, a mosque-to-mosque network for community discovery and messaging, companion iOS and Android mobile apps with push notifications, and related administrative and engagement tools. Not all features are available to every center; availability depends on your plan and configuration.
Certain features, including donations, event and service registrations, and fundraising campaigns, involve payment processing through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal, including in-person payments at physical locations via supported card readers. We do not store your full payment card details; those are handled directly by our payment processors. Payments and donations are made to, and processed on behalf of, the Islamic center you are supporting, and any refund requests should be directed to that center unless we tell you otherwise.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information, and you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You agree not to use our services to post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
Masjid Connects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the date at the top of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Masjid Connects is available in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, French, German, and Dutch, across the CMS admin dashboard, our public websites, and our mobile apps. You can select your preferred language in your account or center settings, and administrators can change the CMS language at any time. Not every language may be available on every surface or for every center. Where content is translated, the English version governs in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
